Automatic scooters and manual road motorcycles are offered. Availability is limited during busy Full Moon and Half Moon periods.

ABS-equipped scooters and motorcycles are available alongside non-ABS bikes; braking equipment depends on the selected model.

Riders must already be able to handle the selected motorcycle safely; riding lessons are not provided.

The range includes longer-ride seating and luggage-equipped options. Under-seat storage and fitted boxes depend on the selected bike.

Lower-priced older scooters are offered with pre-rental servicing.

Riding is limited to Koh Phangan. Do not take the bike off the island; any proposed written exception must be expressly confirmed before renting. Unauthorized removal or nonreturn can lead to police reporting and recovery, towing, legal and staff-time charges.

Use is restricted to legal road riding: no off-road, beach, deep-water, racing, illegal or commercial use. Misuse carries a THB 5,000 contractual fine plus repair, legal and recovery costs.

The agency photographs or videos the bike together with the renter’s passport to record pickup condition.

Only named adults who can already ride safely may collect or ride. Bring the valid original passport with Thai visa or entry stamp. The operator specifies a Thai motorcycle licence or motorcycle-category IDP and leaves other foreign-licence validity to the renter. If a valid licence is not physically present, a declaration may be accepted for handover, but it is not accepted at police checkpoints.

Initial hire is at least three days for manual motorcycles or four days for automatic scooters; confirm the minimum when booking. A physical agreement must be signed before handover; refusal means no bike and no rent refund. The terms in force when payment is received apply. Changes before payment can be declined without charge. Up to two named adults may ride, with the additional rider limited to a family member sharing the accommodation. Lending, subletting or transferring the hire is prohibited and carries a THB 5,000 contractual fine.

Once paid, the bike remains reserved for the paid dates even after late arrival or a no-show. Customer cancellation, illness, changed plans or flight delays normally bring no refund, rebooking or transfer. If the operator cancels before hire, a cheaper substitute returns the price difference; a higher category has no surcharge and may be declined for a full refund. No suitable replacement means a full refund. Publicly confirmed disruption within Thailand that directly prevents arrival can refund provably inaccessible days; overseas disruption does not qualify.

The booked model, engine size and main colour are promised, not the exact photographed unit. Raise mismatch or unsafe condition before accepting it; ordinary cosmetic wear is not a mismatch. For a confirmed handover fault, an identical bike is offered first, then a higher category. An upgrade outside the rider’s licence category, a declined lower category or no replacement qualifies for a full refund.

A request is not a reservation. After feasibility and details are confirmed, full payment or valid screenshot/bank-slip proof is due within 24 hours; otherwise the request expires. Booking lead time depends on rental value: smaller rentals can be booked up to five days ahead, longer rentals further ahead. Pickup needs a confirmed appointment, and busy Full Moon and Half Moon periods have limited availability.

A blank rental agreement is available as a downloadable PDF. Booking and extension confirmations are sent through WhatsApp.

Submit the website request form to reach the rental team on WhatsApp. A person usually replies within two opening-hours hours; contact without the form reaches a chatbot.

Service is by appointment; walk-ins are not guaranteed. Arrange collection at least a day ahead. Same-day pickup needs express confirmation because a 24-hour appointment requirement also applies. A two-hour cash-arrival hold may be agreed for someone already on the island. The agency waits about ten minutes either side of an appointment; a no-show without contact loses the appointment, not the already paid rental. Rescheduling depends on availability. The agency excludes losses or missed connections caused by lateness or an unarranged appointment.

Pickup requires the named renter, the original passport and signature of the physical agreement before the bike is released.

Card rent payments add 3%; international transfers incur bank fees. Payment after request expiry is refunded less THB 250 for cash handling or the full bank transfer fee; card refunds go to the original card where possible. Deposit-switch charges need confirmation: the first passport-to-cash change is described as free, but a THB 100 charge for every switch is also specified.

Daily-rate tariffs cover short, weekly-length and monthly-length rentals, with separate low- and high-season tiers. The price calculator is an estimate; the agency confirms price and availability. Published daily rates do not remove the three-day manual or four-day automatic initial minimum.

Security is separate from rent and fixed by the selected bike’s published category. Cash or an original passport is accepted for the listed lower categories; passport-only applies to Honda NX500 and CBR 500. Confirm the security category for your selected model, particularly around 300cc. GPX DZ300 Sport Black has conflicting cash-or-passport and passport-only conditions; confirm its security before paying.

A cash-security option lets eligible renters keep their passport after showing it at pickup; passport security means the original is retained. Honda NX500 and CBR 500 require passport security; GPX DZ300 Sport Black cash eligibility is unresolved. Temporary release is possible by leaving the undamaged bike and all accessories at the office, or by switching to the required cash where eligible. Confirm switch fees in advance; copies, photos, ID cards and licences are not security substitutes.

Security is returned at rental end if the bike is on time, undamaged, in its handover condition and complete with accessories. Damage, loss, traffic fines and missing items discovered at return may be deducted with photographic evidence. Temporary passport release follows the separate parked-bike or eligible cash-switch arrangements. For passport security, the agency excludes consequences of that choice except those caused by its own fault.

Cash security is accepted only for eligible bikes and must be in Thai baht. Bank transfers, cards and foreign currency are not accepted for security. Passport-only model exceptions and the unresolved GPX DZ300 Sport Black cash option must be checked separately.

Rent can be paid by cash for arrival today or tomorrow, Thai bank deposit/transfer, PromptPay/Thai QR, USDT/USDC, or credit/debit card via Stripe with a 3% fee. Thai QR and domestic transfer are listed at 0%; cash bank deposits may incur fees outside Kasikorn Koh Phangan and stablecoins incur network fees. International transfers require a booking of at least THB 6,000 made at least 15 days before arrival, plus bank fees. The payer must own or be authorized to use the account; security has separate payment rules.

Paying at least seven days together lowers the daily rate; thirty or more lowers it again. Ninety or more days paid in full are advertised with an extra 10% discount; confirm its application rather than assuming another discount. Low season is April–November and high season December–March; a new season’s rate starts on the first of that month. Extra days prepaid with a thirty-day booking use the lower rate, while a later single extra day uses the regular daily rate.

Bikes are inspected before every rental and serviced after each rental. Delayed pickup requires at least one day’s notice and a new appointment; handover follows a fresh check and, if needed, a mechanical inspection. Cosmetic cleaning is done for the original pickup, not repeated for each delayed attempt.

The agency records pickup condition with photos or video, including the passport and potentially the renter. Keep your own pickup-time photos or video until hire ends; images taken elsewhere or later are not accepted as initial-condition evidence. Return deductions use photographic evidence. Refusing a handover condition recording may be treated as a non-refundable no-show.

The next service is written in the contract. Notify the owner as the kilometre-based service becomes due; failure causing damage or lost warranty is the renter’s responsibility, with a THB 10,000 contractual charge for a bike under warranty.

Most approved repairs go to Autain Service in Chaloklum; warranty work may require a specifically approved manufacturer service centre. Obtain management approval on WhatsApp before repairs.

Confirmed non-renter-caused mechanical faults are repaired at agency cost. An independent Autain inspection costs about THB 300–500 if no fault is found. Flat tyres are the renter’s expense. A genuinely faulty battery is replaced free when arranged by the agency; misuse or a wrongly reported nonfaulty battery costs the replacement price, approximately THB 1,000. Self-purchased batteries are not reimbursed and the original battery must be returned.

The operator states that the bike has no insurance of any kind. Renters bear full legal and financial liability for bike damage, theft or loss, injuries and third-party property damage. Helmet and accessory damage is also charged to the renter. Specific mechanical-fault and previously reported safety-concern exceptions remain applicable.

Automatic scooters include two adult helmets. Manual bikes offer one or two, according to preference and stock, in full-face or half-face styles. A child helmet is free on request if available. A higher-quality helmet costs THB 300 for up to one month. Loss or damage is charged at the contract’s market value; damaged visors or fasteners can require full replacement. Helmet damage condition is assessed by the owner.

Phone holders are sold for THB 250 without fitting or THB 300 with installation arranged in advance. They are final-sale and belong to the renter; remove them before return to keep them. Unarranged on-site fitting/removal is not offered, and holders left on returned bikes may be donated. The operator disclaims damage arising from holder use.

A rear box is included on Honda NX500, or it can be removed with no price reduction. GPX Legend 250 and Keeway Superlight 200 include fitted boxes that will not be removed; the normal rental agreement still applies.

Honda NX500 can be rented with two optional side boxes for THB 100 per day, with a THB 700 minimum.

The operator provides no accident insurance and assigns financial responsibility for injuries to the renter, passenger and others to the renter, alongside third-party property damage. Specific mechanical-fault and previously reported safety-concern exceptions still apply.

If the bike appears unsafe, stop immediately, park safely and send the exact location; you need not wait beside it. Repair transport is available. For damage/accident repairs, Autain transport costs THB 500 including return, or Surat Thani transport THB 2,000, with daily rent continuing per started repair day. Confirm whether those charges apply to a non-renter-caused fault rather than assuming they do.

For a confirmed mechanical fault not caused by the renter that cannot reasonably be repaired because of parts availability, a replacement is offered first. Refusing an equal category gives no refund. An upgrade outside the rider’s licence category allows an unused-day refund; with no replacement or a declined lower category, refund of exact unused days is discretionary.

Report accidents, damage and technical problems immediately and within 24 hours. Late reporting costs THB 1,000, except a medical emergency or hospitalization preventing contact; then report as soon as possible. Repairs require prior management approval on WhatsApp and normally use Autain Service, with approved manufacturer-centre exceptions for warranty work.

Authorized repairs completed before return incur the repair cost without an extra agency charge. Unfixed damage adds THB 500 plus daily rent until repaired; confirm how transport or other fees combine. Unauthorized repairs carry THB 3,000 plus inspection, and the renter pays for incorrect parts or poor paintwork. An independent mechanical inspection is available at Autain, not for accident-involved bikes.

The renter pays for lost, broken, water-damaged or locked-in keys/remotes: charges range from THB 300 to over THB 10,000. Spare delivery is charged by location where a spare exists; not all bikes have spares, and locksmith or transport costs may apply. Theft requires an equivalent market replacement plus transport and registration-transfer costs; the closest equivalent must be agreed if no exact match is available.

Accident damage normally remains the renter’s responsibility. A specific safety concern reported before the accident, followed by stopping as instructed, is an exception. Continuing to ride after signs of danger is at the renter’s risk.

Disputes are to be raised directly with the agency first, followed by the stated Thai-law and Thai-court process.

Ordinary early return does not refund unused prepaid rent, and unused days cannot offset repair or damage charges. Mechanical-fault and qualifying disruption refunds follow their specific conditions, not a general early-return right.

Extensions of at least one day can be requested through the online form before 11:30 on the day before expiry. The agency checks availability and confirms on WhatsApp; payment is due within 24 hours. Only paid days are reserved. After the cutoff, arrange timely return and request further days there only if available. Confirm the extension rate before paying: later-added days may use the standard daily rate, seven-plus added days may use the weekly tier, or pricing may depend on the total rental duration.

A correctly supplied, normally functioning bike is not replaced on request. Mismatch and confirmed mechanical-fault substitutions follow their separate rules.

Return by appointment within opening hours and by the contract end time. Without timely return or an arranged extension, each started overdue day is charged at twice the standard daily rate; late extension payment is also counted from the original return time, and the bike may be withheld until payment. A publicly confirmed Thailand closure or safety order preventing return removes the multiplier for affected days, but ordinary daily rent continues; bad weather alone is insufficient. Damage or mechanical problems occurring or found after expiry are assigned to the renter.

Mechanical faults during permitted island use are assessed through the approved service partner, with repair and replacement/refund procedures. Do not continue riding a bike that appears unsafe.

Box-equipped rental options are available. An included rear box and a separately priced two-side-box package are offered on selected motorcycles.

Longer-ride seating, fuel economy and luggage options are described for the road-motorcycle range; use remains restricted to Koh Phangan.

Automatic scooters include helmets for both seats; manual-bike helmet quantity and style depend on preference and stock. The rental does not include accident insurance.

Extensions can be arranged from elsewhere on Koh Phangan through the online form and WhatsApp, subject to the previous-day 11:30 cutoff, availability and payment within 24 hours of confirmation.

Island route information and riding-preparation guidance are available. Riding remains limited to Koh Phangan.

Normal pickup and return are by appointment at 73/33 Moo 4, about two kilometres north of Thong Sala. Off-site bike delivery or collection is exceptional, not a convenience service: both sides must sign the arrangement, with a separate cash fee for each direction. Passenger transfer is separate and has conflicting availability conditions; if confirmed, the advertised driver-only motorbike transfer starts at THB 100, allows one backpack but no large luggage, and may be cancelled for weather or unexpected circumstances. Passenger-transfer requests require a Maps pin and exact time.

Pickup and return appointments run 09:00–12:00 and 14:00–17:00. There is no fixed weekly closing day, and the office may close if no appointment was made by the preceding working day. Rentals cannot start or end on public holidays. The agency recommends returning at least three hours before departure from Koh Phangan.

Collection and return are not offered outside opening hours, on holidays or on days off; messages are answered after reopening.

Use only Gasoline 95 from an official petrol station, not bottled roadside fuel. The renter pays resulting engine damage, towing and parking; rent continues per started day beyond expiry until the bike is working again.
