Choose from urban scooters, larger-road models including the Honda CB300 and ADV350, and the Kawasaki KLX 150 dirt bike.

ABS-equipped options5.00 / 5
Rider-specific advice2.50 / 5

Tell the team if you are uncertain in traffic so they can suggest a smaller, lighter scooter and quieter starting roads. For the Pai route, the bike-selection advice distinguishes solo riding from carrying a passenger or luggage.

Model-year choice0.00 / 5
New and low-mileage options0.00 / 5

Off-road riding is permitted only on the Kawasaki KLX 150. All scooters must stay on paved roads.

Booking and paperwork11 possible points

ID-copy handling5.00 / 5

Passport and visa/entry-stamp copies are collected for identity and licence checks, the rental contract, deposit administration and insurance. Booqable processes booking, passport-copy and contract data. Records are retained as needed for these purposes, legal duties and disputes; access or deletion requests can be sent to [email protected].

Rider eligibility2.50 / 5

Prior riding experience is expected. Bring a valid Thai motorcycle licence, or your home-country motorcycle licence together with a motorcycle-valid IDP (Category A). Foreign renters must present a valid passport and visa/entry stamp and provide copies/photos; Thai citizens may provide an ID-card or passport copy/photo. The minimum age is stated as 18, but an under-20 service restriction also appears: renters aged 18–19 should confirm eligibility.

Terms before commitment5.00 / 5

Rental terms and responsibilities are available before booking; the formal contract is reviewed and signed at pickup, and the website terms at booking apply. Another properly licensed person may ride, but the original renter remains responsible for damage and fines. Commercial carriage, towing, racing and intoxicated riding are prohibited. Use-related liability and indemnity clauses retain exceptions for Fleet’s fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Thai law applies, disputes go to a competent Chiang Mai court, and Thai-language official documents prevail over inconsistent translations.

Prices and deposits15 possible points

Taxes and added charges3.33 / 5

Cleaning is included, including permitted KLX 150 dirt-trail use. Parking fees and traffic fines are the renter’s responsibility. If the renter’s actions or violations lead to impoundment, recovery fees, fines and documented lost hire income at the daily rental rate are also payable.

Published rental rates5.00 / 5

Daily and weekly prices are public. Monthly prices are public for the standard listed fleet; ask for a 30-day Honda ADV350 quote, as its published longer package is 15 days.

Deposit amount3.13 / 5

The refundable deposit is THB 2,000 for 110–160 cc bikes, THB 5,000 for the Honda CB300 and THB 20,000 for the Honda ADV350. It is due at the start and shown on the booking confirmation.

Keeping your passport5.00 / 5

You keep your original passport; Fleet takes a copy/photo instead.

Deposit release and deductions2.50 / 5

The deposit is refunded immediately if the bike returns in the same condition. Damage deductions beyond normal wear require a dated invoice or workshop quote. If no substantiated quote is available at return, the undisputed portion is refunded immediately; the invoice must follow within three business days or the disputed amount is released. Documented costs may still be claimed separately later.

Deposit payment and currency0.00 / 5
Rental payment methods5.00 / 5

Pay the rental charge in Thai baht at the start. Cash, PromptPay and transfers from a Thai bank account have no fee; credit/debit cards, WeChat Pay and Alipay add 5%. A secure online payment link is available on request.

Longer-rental savings5.00 / 5

Published weekly and monthly packages cost less per day than one-day hire. For the limited-period extra-day offer, confirm whether exactly one month qualifies: the wording also requires more than a month. The free day follows the booked period and keeps the standard insurance and liability terms.

The terms also provide statutory bodily-injury compensation for injured third parties regardless of the renter’s licence status. Rented-bike damage, theft, third-party property damage and full third-party liability are excluded. Unlicensed or intoxicated riding can lead to recovery of compensation paid to injured third parties; the renter remains liable for bike damage and theft, including costs above the deposit.
