Published general terms are a non-final draft; rental-specific signed or confirmed agreements prevail. Damage protection normally must be purchased before hire for the entire rental and runs from possession until return and acceptance; extensions require additional protection payment. It is not third-party liability cover: third-party property, fines and legal liabilities are excluded unless separately insured. Notify accidents as soon as reasonably possible, give truthful information, follow reasonable instructions and cooperate; provide photos or video where reasonably possible and stop riding if further harm is likely. Failure to report or concealment can invalidate protection.

Booking enquiries are answered during business hours; availability requires confirmation. Group and tour-operator bike hire requires advance coordination, and large group requests may be declined during November–April.

The renter receives a paper rental contract or an emailed copy upon possession. The cash security deposit is recorded in the contract, and the renter receives a copy.

Damage protection costs THB 80/day for the small category, THB 120/day for medium and THB 250/day for large; the company assigns the category. It is optional unless required by a particular package. Delivery fees: Krabi Town THB 200; Ao Nam Mao THB 200; Khao Thong THB 250; Tubkaek hotels THB 50; airport THB 350 per trip. Unlisted locations are quoted. Long hires may receive waived delivery and collection charges outside the free area by personalised quote.

Security deposits: 125cc scooters THB 2,000; 150cc and 160cc scooters THB 3,000; 300cc maxi-scooters THB 5,000; motorcycles THB 6,000. The category for other capacities requires confirmation.

The renter keeps the original passport; a passport copy and refundable cash security deposit are required.

The deposit is refunded immediately when the motorcycle is returned in the same condition. Pre-existing damage is not charged; inspection records may be used to assess new damage. Report accidental damage promptly: assessed repair costs are explained before any applicable deposit deduction. Arranged accommodation collection includes inspection, keys collection and return of the deposit where applicable.

A cash security deposit is collected at handover and recorded in the rental contract. USD, EUR or GBP can usually be accepted at the current exchange rate when the renter lacks Thai baht.

Cash and commonly used electronic rental-payment methods are accepted; confirm the specific electronic method for your hire.

One-to-two-week hires receive a slight discount. Automatic calendar discounts are advertised; contact the company if the total appears incorrect. Monthly and multi-month discounts apply across most of the fleet, depending on model, season and availability; delivery may be included or discounted. Special bikes and discounts are offered for stays of six months or longer.

Comprehensive mechanical checks are carried out before every rental. Airport handover preparation includes mechanical, tyre-pressure, brake and fuel checks plus cleaning. Worn parts and panels are replaced when possible, but prior cosmetic wear can remain while parts are unavailable.

The company states that every rental includes Por Ror Bor medical treatment, certain permanent-disability benefits and statutory death/accident-victim benefits, subject to policy terms and Thai law. It describes initial medical expenses as available regardless of who caused the accident; additional benefits may depend on the authorities’ official findings. Without applicable damage protection, repairs are charged using actual replacement parts plus typically THB 500–1,000 labour. Protection covers qualifying accidental physical damage to the rented bike during the agreed hire, including falls, collisions and component damage. Published maximum deductibles per covered incident are THB 1,500 for 125cc, THB 3,000 for 160cc, THB 4,000 for 300cc, and THB 5,000 for manual/larger motorcycles. The company’s resources give conflicting maximum deductibles; confirm the applicable class and deductible before renting, including for capacities not listed. Separate unrelated accidents can incur separate deductibles; damage from the same accident is normally one incident. Assessed repair costs are explained before any applicable deposit deduction. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, protection excludes intentional damage, reckless riding, racing, stunts, intoxication, illegal use, unauthorised riders, prohibited areas, misuse, continued damaging operation, failure to safeguard the bike after an accident and false reports.

Compulsory cover excludes theft or loss of the motorcycle. Damage protection does not automatically cover theft or disappearance, or missing keys, helmets, phone holders, storage equipment or documents; separate charges may apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Office pickup: 187 Moo 6, Soi 2/1 Klong Si Khao, Mueang Krabi, Krabi 81180. Delivery and collection are free for most accommodation in Ao Nang. Ao Nang, Klong Haeng and Krabi Town are standard delivery areas; Klong Muang is an extended area. Exact property, fees and handover require confirmation. Railay uses an agreed mainland pickup point, not road delivery; Koh Lanta, Phuket, Khao Lak and Khao Sok require individual confirmation. Delivery is also offered to Krabi bus station and agreed roadside locations. Airport delivery costs THB 350 per trip: send flight details and special requirements at least two hours before arrival. The team monitors arrivals where possible; notify it of significant delays.
