Riding from Ao Nang to Krabi Town is permitted. Prior written company permission is required to leave Krabi Province, take the bike to Phuket, Koh Lanta or Emerald Pool, or transport it by ferry or other means. Racing, competitions and dangerous activities also require prior written permission under the published restrictions. Costs and damage resulting from a breach are charged to the renter.

A valid driving licence and appropriate legal authorization to ride are required. An International Driving Permit is strongly recommended. Present your original passport or national ID at pickup and sign the rental contract at the Ao Nang shop.

The minimum rental is 24 hours. Published terms apply to every motorcycle rental and form part of the rental agreement. Signing or taking possession confirms inspection and acceptance of the bike’s condition and understanding of late fees, travel restrictions, damage responsibility and paid assistance for customer-caused problems. The bike remains company property; the renter has temporary use for the agreed period and is responsible from handover until return and company inspection. Return it at the exact agreed date and time. The renter is responsible for their own and any passenger’s safety, traffic-law compliance, fines and legal consequences. Unauthorized riders must not be allowed to use the bike; the renter is responsible for damage caused by another rider with or without company permission.

An unconfirmed booking request can be cancelled before shop acceptance with immediate, fee-free release of the card hold. If the requested scooter is unavailable or the shop cannot accept the reservation, the terms also promise immediate release and no charge.

Online requests require manual shop verification of availability, scheduling and dates; the homepage says confirmation is within hours. Booking initially places a temporary Stripe card hold rather than an immediate debit. On confirmation, the shop captures the authorized funds and emails the booking voucher and confirmation receipt.

The online booking form requests rental dates, full name and email, provides a WhatsApp/phone field and an optional promo-code field, and requires acceptance of the linked rental terms/cancellation policy and confirmation that passport/ID will be provided on site. The company advertises “No hidden fees” and publishes conditional charges for damage, loss, late returns and other costs. Punctures, tyre damage caused during the rental and customer-caused flat batteries are excluded from company roadside assistance. Customer-caused problems do not qualify for free roadside help: recovery, towing, transport, repairs or other assistance are at the renter’s expense, including wrong fuel, lost keys, running out of fuel, accident/negligence/misuse damage and breaches of the terms. The company separately accepts responsibility for genuine mechanical/engine problems under normal, responsible use that are not caused by the renter.

The renter pays for bike damage arising from their actions, negligence, accident, misuse or improper use, including bodywork, mirrors/lights, wheels/tyres, brakes/exhaust, seat/keys, accessories and equipment. Drops, collisions, unsuitable terrain and reckless use are specifically included. The renter is responsible for tyres during the hire and repair/replacement costs for tyre damage caused during the rental. Customer-caused battery discharge, such as leaving lights or equipment on, makes the renter liable for resulting assistance, transport, repair or replacement costs. Wrong-fuel repairs have a THB 5,400 minimum, with further costs possible if damage exceeds that amount.

Lost, stolen or damaged keys incur THB 500 for a standard key or THB 4,000 for a smart key. Additional programming or replacement costs may apply.

After an accident, contact the company immediately and provide relevant information. Do not abandon the bike or admit liability or agree compensation before contacting the company, except when required by law or necessary for immediate safety. Failure to report promptly may make the renter liable for additional losses or costs.

Once the rental has begun, unused time is not refundable if you voluntarily stop using the bike early, unless the company expressly agrees otherwise.

Up to 15 minutes late is free. More than 15 minutes incurs one additional rental hour; more than one hour incurs one full rental day. Fees may be charged immediately on return. Repeated or excessive late returns may lead to refusal of future rentals.
