Tell the team before travelling outside Pattaya; some rentals specifically require notice for trips more than 100 km from the city. Mileage terms differ between 100 km per day and unlimited local Pattaya/Chonburi use, so agree the allowance for your trip. International border crossings are prohibited.

Your original passport is checked and a copy or photo is kept for rental verification.

Minimum age is 21 for scooters and 25 for manual motorcycles. Bring your original passport and a valid original motorcycle licence. A one-year licence-holding rule is stated for manual-motorcycle eligibility; confirm its application to your booking. IDP requirements conflict between mandatory and recommended, so clarify before collection.

An English rental agreement is available and is reviewed and signed at handover.

Cancellation with at least 48 hours’ notice qualifies for a full refund.

Paperwork is advertised as taking about 15 minutes.

Minimum hire is three days. Daily-equivalent, weekly and monthly prices are published; rates depend on duration and season, and headline starting prices assume a 60-day low-season hire.

Deposits are THB 5,000 for ADV350 Black 2025, Forza 350 Gen2 and Click 160; THB 3,000–8,000 for NMAX; and THB 10,000 for Vulcan S 650 and Z900 Gen2. Ninja 650 is agreed individually, usually THB 10,000. Confirm the NMAX amount before committing.

You keep your original passport throughout the hire; a refundable monetary deposit is taken instead.

Return at the agreed date and time for a joint inspection. The deposit is refunded promptly, described as immediately when everything is in order.

Security deposits can be paid in cash in Thai baht or an agreed major foreign currency. Bank transfer can also be agreed for the deposit.

Full rental payment and the deposit are due before or at collection. Rental charges can be paid in cash including THB, USD, EUR or RUB, by bank transfer or Thai banking-app QR, or in USDT; these payment options do not automatically apply to the deposit.

Longer hires can receive lower daily-equivalent pricing. Personalised better rates are offered for a week, a month or longer; agree the price for your dates.

Vehicles are inspected before each use. Big bikes also receive a checklist inspection after each rental.

Inspect the bike at collection and take photos or video before leaving. A joint inspection is carried out on return.

Big-bike maintenance uses original parts and high-quality consumables.

Regular servicing is carried out at authorised dealerships.

Compulsory Por Ror Bor cover is included for motorcycles and scooters. NMAX rentals additionally advertise first-class insurance; confirm the selected bike’s policy, excess and exclusions before hiring.

Two helmets are included, with suitable sizes available on request. Big-bike rentals offer full-face helmets; request the required sizes in advance.

Gloves and full-face helmets can be requested for big bikes; the kit is offered free for motorcycles from 500 cc.

One compact raincoat is offered with each scooter at no extra cost; confirm it is supplied when collecting.

A phone holder is included without an extra hire charge.

Included cover is described as protecting third parties against bodily injury. Rider and passenger medical protection needs confirmation in the actual policy.

Support can be contacted 24/7 for a breakdown or accident. The team may attend, send a mechanic or guide you by phone.

A replacement may be arranged after a breakdown; agree availability and any charge with the team.

Contact the rental team before arranging repairs. Using an unauthorised local repair shop may affect your deposit.

The renter is financially responsible for repairing motorcycle damage and restoring its original condition. Natural wear and minor scratches are treated separately, with a no-penalty promise; agree how this applies to any damage and to the NMAX insurance package.

Report lost keys, helmets or vehicle documents immediately. The team can arrange a duplicate or spare, with restoration or replacement costs payable by the renter under its price list.

Notify the team immediately after an accident, take photographs, obtain a police report and cooperate with the company and insurer. Motorcycle insurance documents are kept under the seat.

Early return does not produce a cash refund or recalculation for unused days. The remaining value can be credited toward a future rental.

Contact the team at least 24 hours before the rental ends to request an extension. It depends on availability and there being no paid booking for the extra dates.

Basic beginner guidance and riding-preparation instructions are available; this is not a formal riding course.

The Jomtien Second Road main office handles scooters and big bikes; Na Jomtien handles scooters up to 350 cc, not big bikes. Pattaya hotel and condominium delivery and collection can be arranged, with charges based on location and hire length; free delivery on longer hires is not guaranteed. Click 160 offers THB 200 Pattaya delivery and free end-of-hire collection. Bangkok, BKK and DMK delivery/return starts from THB 3,000 by arrangement; confirm the bike logistics and exact location/time charge.

Published daily opening times differ between 09:00 and 10:00, with closing at 19:00. Confirm your collection or return time.

Out-of-hours collection or return can be arranged in advance; agree the location, time and charge.

Return the bike with the same fuel level as received unless otherwise agreed. The starting level is recorded and any shortfall is charged using current Pattaya fuel prices.
