Urban scooters and larger-road motorcycles are listed. Rentals are restricted to paved roads in Chon Buri.

ABS-equipped rental options are available, including the 2026 Honda X-ADV 750.

Unlimited kilometres within Chon Buri province. Leaving the province is prohibited and carries a fine starting at ฿3,000 plus recovery costs if the bike breaks down or becomes stuck outside the area.

Paved roads only: no tracks, beaches or off-road riding.

Passport and licence photos are taken at pickup. ID photos are retained for 30 days after return, signed agreements for one year and booking/payment records for five years. Access, correction or deletion requests can be sent by email or WhatsApp; a response is promised within 30 days, subject to legally required retention.

Minimum age 20. Bring a passport and valid driving licence. A car licence is accepted for ordinary bikes, but this does not establish legal riding entitlement. Both Honda X-ADV 750 versions require a full motorcycle licence.

The contract is with Bike Trip Co., Ltd. Documents and the bike are checked at handover; the signed agreement takes precedence over website terms. Only the signatory may ride. No racing, riding after alcohol or drugs, or paid work; paid use ends the rental and forfeits security. The booking-day terms apply, with English controlling translations.

Cancel by WhatsApp, LINE or email with your booking reference. At least seven days before pickup, payments are refundable except the 3% online card fee. Later cancellation or no-show forfeits the 20% booking advance (minimum ฿200), with the remainder refunded. If no booked or similar bike can be supplied, a full refund is promised; confirm whether that includes the card fee. Online refunds use the original card/account and may take up to 14 business days to appear.

The booking may be fulfilled with the booked bike or a similar one; a full refund is promised if neither can be supplied.

Book online or by message. Holding a bike requires 20% of the rent, minimum ฿200, or full payment online; confirmation follows successful payment, with an email confirmation and a pickup reminder by WhatsApp or LINE the day before. Standard online booking requires at least one hour before pickup.

No VAT is added. Rent paid online by card carries a non-refundable 3% fee; card payment of rent at pickup adds 5%. For the refundable security deposit, a no-fee rule conflicts with a 5% card fee—confirm before paying. Renters pay traffic, towing and impound fees plus ฿500 per impounded day; a renter-caused flat battery costs ฿650, heavy cleaning up to ฿300, and tyre damage is at the renter’s expense.

Minimum hire is one day. Daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly rates are published; a week is seven days and a month is 30 days. Rentals lasting a month or longer are paid month by month.

Ordinary-bike security is advertised both as no deposit and as a refundable ฿1,000 deposit; confirm the requirement for your booking. Both Honda X-ADV 750 versions instead require the original passport or ฿20,000 cash, without an additional ฿1,000 deposit.

Ordinary-bike renters keep their passport after it is photographed. For either Honda X-ADV 750 version, leave ฿20,000 cash if you want to keep your passport rather than have it held until return.

For counter returns, the security or retained passport is handed back when the bike is returned. Ordinary security covers fuel and late return, not damage; X-ADV charges are paid separately or deducted from cash security. Confirm the security-return arrangement if requesting hotel collection.

Ordinary-bike security can be paid in cash, PromptPay, bank transfer or card. The X-ADV passport alternative is ฿20,000 cash.

Remaining rent can be paid at pickup by cash, PromptPay, bank transfer or card. Online Thai QR/bank-app payment has no fee; online and pickup card fees differ.

The effective daily price decreases at seven, 14, 21 and 28 days; the price depends on the selected dates. Date changes before pickup are free subject to availability, with the price recalculated for the new dates.

Normal wear is not charged. Breakdown repairs or replacement are free when the fault is not the renter’s responsibility.

Only compulsory Thai Por Ror Bor medical cover is included. It excludes damage to the rental bike, theft and other people’s property.

Choose one or two helmets, included free with every bike. A rider and one passenger are allowed; both must wear helmets.

The included compulsory medical cover is described as ฿30,000 initially and up to ฿80,000 in total. Confirm the applicable policy limits and eligibility for your rental.

For a breakdown not caused by you, call or message for free repair or replacement at any time. Obtain permission before arranging repairs elsewhere.

You pay the repair bill for damage plus daily rent for each day the bike cannot be rented; normal wear is excluded.

After theft or an accident, call immediately and take photos. Obtain a police report within 24 hours for theft, injury or another vehicle’s involvement; confirm whether a report is also required for a no-injury single-bike accident. Theft/total-loss liability is ฿45,000 for PCX 125; ฿80,000 for PCX 150/160, NMAX 155 and ADV 160; ฿90,000 for NMAX 155 New Model; ฿110,000 for XMAX 300; ฿120,000 for ADV 160 Limited; ฿150,000 for ADV 350; and ฿400,000 for either X-ADV 750. Returning the key or obtaining a police report does not remove that liability. Lost keys cost ฿500 for PCX 125, ฿10,000 for either X-ADV, and ฿2,500 for the other listed models; lost helmets cost ฿800 each.

Request an extension by message before the agreed return time. Extensions depend on availability and each extra day uses the daily rental price.

The first hour after the agreed return time is free. After that, late return costs ฿50 per hour; more than three hours late is charged as a full extra day instead.

Route and riding-preparation information is available for trips within the permitted riding area.

Pickup: 257/104 Pattaya Sai 2 Soi 18, Pattaya. Hotel/residence delivery and collection cost ฿150 each way in Central Pattaya or Pratumnak, and ฿200 each way in Jomtien or Naklua. Message before booking other locations. Agree the handover time by WhatsApp or LINE; inspection and signing take place at delivery.

Standard pickup/return hours are 12:00–21:00 Monday–Saturday; Sunday is closed for standard online handovers. Friday office opening is stated as both noon and 13:00, so confirm access if arriving around noon.

Pickup or return outside regular hours, including Sunday, can be requested by message between 11:00 and 22:00 without an extra out-of-hours charge. Normal delivery/collection fees still apply.

Use Gasohol 95 and return the fuel gauge to the level received. Each missing gauge level costs ฿100; the stated empty-tank charge is ฿600.
