Forza 300 rentals may travel around Phuket. Crossing Sarasin Bridge into Phang Nga requires sending the route and obtaining agreement before booking.

With cash security, the original passport is checked and its details page photographed for the rental agreement, then returned to you.

Handover can be completed after identity and security checks without presenting a motorcycle licence. This does not remove the rider’s responsibility for valid road-use documents and insurance.

A written rental contract is provided in English and Russian.

Send the model, dates and area by Telegram or WhatsApp; a manager confirms the bike, deposit and handover time. There is no online booking. Contact 2–3 days ahead for Click 160 in high season, or 3–5 days ahead for monthly Fino hire; these are recommendations, not guarantees.

Paperwork and handover are estimated at about 5–10 minutes after the rental is arranged.

Daily, weekly and fixed 30-day prices are published. Rates are described both as low-season and year-round, so confirm the price for your exact dates. The same rental price list applies to Bang Tao and Patong; delivery charges are separate.

Cash deposits are separate from rent: ฿2,500 for Fino 125/Click 160; ฿3,000 for Grand Filano/older NMAX; ฿3,500 for NMAX 155; ฿4,000 for PCX 160/ADV160/XMAX 300; and ฿5,000 for Forza 300/XMAX 2026. A conflicting ฿3,500 maximum is also advertised, so confirm the selected-bike amount in writing. The deposit is not a stated liability cap.

Choose cash deposit or passport security before handover. With the cash-deposit option, your original passport stays with you.

The cash deposit is due back on the day the bike is returned in its original condition. Agree the return time and place in chat. Any new damage is compared with the handover record, documented, and the repair basis and deduction agreed in writing.

Pay the rental and deposit at handover; no online prepayment is taken. Rental payment accepts cash in baht, roubles, US dollars or euros, and card; monthly terms also list transfer. A credit card is not required. Monthly rentals are paid one month at a time, with the next month due when extending.

Longer hires have lower daily rates; 30-day pricing is separate. Confirm three-day boundary and 24–29-day quotes, and the missing 18–23-day rates for Grand Filano/XMAX 2026. Rentals of three months or more receive an individually quoted lower rate. Promotions include up to 10% through Alex, a first-rental personal code requested with name/phone and used at booking, referral discounts, and previous-year pricing for returning guests. Confirm eligibility, the referral discount amount, dates and combinations.

The bike is filmed with you at handover, including bodywork, mirrors, plastics, wheels and mileage; both parties keep the clip through the rental. Collection is at the delivery address or another agreed address, with condition compared against that video.

For rentals of at least 30 days, servicing is included: oil every 3,000 km and brake pads/tyres as they wear. The company visits you or supplies a bike for the service day. Normal-wear repairs are at the company’s expense.

Compulsory Por Ror Bor is included with limited bodily-injury cover. It does not cover rental-bike damage, theft or property damage; separate protection and financial exposure need confirmation.

A rider helmet is included. Request the free passenger helmet when booking; Forza 300 and XMAX 300 rentals advertise two helmets included.

A raincoat is included without an extra charge.

A phone holder is included without an extra charge.

PCX 160 and NMAX 155 rentals are described with a top box. Confirm the supplied box or rack and any charge before booking.

Breakdown or flat-tyre assistance includes free replacement. Estimated help is 15–30 minutes in Bang Tao/Surin and a couple of hours elsewhere along the coast, with same-day replacement advertised; agree the actual response for your location.

Monthly rentals include a same-class breakdown replacement, and downtime days are not counted.

Arrange monthly extensions by Telegram/WhatsApp before the end date; keep the bike without a new contract. Changed dates receive a new calculation in chat, and extensions use the duration table. This does not establish a cancellation or early-return refund.

One rental day runs from 13:00 to 13:00; a monthly rate covers exactly 30 days. Handover and return times are agreed in chat.

The walk-in office is at 32 Soi Cherngtalay 16, Choeng Thale. Patong is delivery-only. Hotels, villas and agreed points across Phuket are served. Free delivery/collection is advertised both island-wide and only within confirmed local zones: Bang Tao, Laguna, Cherng Talay, Surin and Patong; Kata/Karon/Kata Noi require address confirmation. Confirm both legs’ charges and timing for your exact address.

Requests are handled daily, 08:00–21:00. Regular handover hours have also been listed as 10:00–19:00, so agree collection and return times in advance.

Airport handover is near HKT, not at a terminal counter, and requires advance arrangement. Send flight details; the company says it tracks delays and can agree any arrival time. Confirm the meeting time and charge.

Petrol is not included. Return the fuel level required by the written agreement; do not assume full-to-full.

Chat help is advertised after a police stop; if the scooter disappears from parking, the team can send Tourist Police and district-police contacts.
