Office rentals can be as short as one day. Monthly rates for Click 160, PCX 160 and Forza 350 are supplied on request. Returning a bike for an excursion and hiring again does not pause prepaid rental days.

Security deposits start at USD 100 or an equivalent currency. Listed exceptions are Click 160: THB 3,000 / USD 100; PCX 160 ABS 2025–2026: THB 6,000 / USD 200; Forza 350: THB 10,000 / USD 300. A CRF 250 offer specified THB 6,000 / USD 200. Confirm the deposit for the exact bike; a passport photo is requested for the Click, PCX and Forza listings.

You keep your original passport; the company takes a copy for the rental contract rather than holding it as collateral.

The security deposit is promised back immediately after return, subject to damage, camera fines and other agreed charges. Agree the repayment method, currency and deduction details before paying.

Foreign-currency security deposits are accepted, including USD and equivalent currency amounts. Confirm the exchange calculation and refund currency in advance.

Rubles, cryptocurrency, USD, Thai baht and other currencies are advertised, including online payment without a bank card. Confirm the payment method, exchange rate and any surcharge; cash and transfer arrangements need confirmation.

Bikes are inspected, repaired where needed and washed before being offered to the next renter.

The company records photos and video at handover and allows you to do the same. Return condition is compared with those records.

Maintenance is included. Punctured tyres and a flat key-fob battery are the renter’s expense; internal mechanical failures must be reported immediately.

Mandatory medical cover and valid inspection/registration are stated to be included. This cover excludes damage to the bike and to other vehicles or property.

Two ordinary used helmets are included. One visor helmet is free on request and a second costs THB 100 for the hire. Child helmets are free. New helmets cost THB 400 for the rental period, or THB 500 for a large size; confirm size availability.

Confirm whether a phone holder is included and whether a new holder costs extra. Holder type, availability and the current charge are not settled.

Published included medical limits are up to THB 30,000 for the rider and THB 80,000 for the passenger. Confirm the policy and exclusions before renting: licence-related cover wording conflicts, and missing a helmet or alcohol may exclude medical costs.

The company offers workshop and mechanic help for mechanical problems. Report failures immediately; equipment is not serviced outside Phuket island.

Report damage immediately. Charges cover damaged parts and repair labour; you may obtain a nearby Honda-centre assessment and arrange repair of all agreed damage there. You remain responsible if someone else damages the bike, and the rules say not to let friends try it. Do not ride through large puddles or start a water-affected bike. The company also instructs renters not to lock the steering or keyhole shutter; clearing a jam is charged to the renter.

Unused prepaid rental time is not refunded on early return.

A renter reported arranging an extension by WhatsApp in January 2025, but had to change bikes because of an existing reservation. Agree availability, any bike change and the price before extending.

Mechanical servicing is not available outside Phuket island. Agree riding permissions and support arrangements before planning an off-island trip.

Two helmets are included for rider and passenger. The stated medical cover names both people, but its limits and exclusions need checking before travel.

Preparation and motorcycle-control guidance is available, including helmet use and water-related rental restrictions.

The published office is on Patak Soi 6, Karon. Hotel delivery and collection serve most Phuket areas for rentals of at least five days; the charge depends on the area. Confirm the exact address, fee and availability.
