Riding is restricted to Phuket. Taking the bike outside Phuket incurs a THB 1,500-per-week penalty.

A valid Thai or international driving licence is required. Confirm the motorcycle-licence category and identification documents needed for handover.

The rental agreement is available before booking; paying the booking fee or completing an online booking accepts it. The renter is responsible for safe, lawful use, fines, parking charges and damage, including accident damage. It also requires indemnification for claims and reasonable legal costs arising from bike use or possession. To the extent allowed by law, the company limits its liability to the rental fee and excludes indirect or consequential damages. Thai law applies; breach may lead to termination and repossession without notice.

Cancellation is stated as free 72 hours before hire; within 48 hours the charge is 10%; within 24 hours it is the higher of 20% or the security deposit; within 12 hours it is the lower of 50% or the security deposit. Confirm the 48–72-hour gap and overlapping thresholds before paying. Stripe processing costs are nonrefundable and may exceed the card fee originally charged; no-show and operator-cancellation terms need confirmation.

A booking requires at least 20% of the order total, including the security deposit in that calculation. Confirm the reserved bike and pickup arrangements directly.

Returning a bike unreasonably dirty costs THB 150. A lost, heavily soiled or damaged helmet costs THB 650; a lost or damaged phone holder costs THB 350. These replacement charges do not establish which accessories are included.

Daily, weekly and monthly rental rates are published, with weekly pricing in a 7–13-day band and monthly pricing from 28 days. Rentals from one day are offered; the three-day threshold applies to free delivery, not a general minimum hire.

Security deposits are THB 3,000 for NMAX 155 and ADV 150, THB 3,500 for Forza 300 and the Forza 350 SKU4498 package, and THB 5,000 for CBR 300R.

You keep your original passport, ID and other original documents throughout the hire.

The deposit is returned when the bike and accessories are returned or collected, subject to inspection and contractual deductions. Inspection is promised within one hour, not bank or card settlement within one hour. Confirm the repayment method.

Card rental payments are processed through Stripe; cash on delivery is also advertised. Confirm payment arrangements before booking, especially for the security deposit.

Longer rentals have lower daily rates, with prices varying by season and duration. Confirm the end-of-September boundary and pricing for a hire crossing seasonal dates.

The company pays for maintenance and repairs arising from normal wear. Obtain its written authorization before arranging repairs or maintenance yourself; accidental tyre damage is charged separately.

Included insurance is described inconsistently as third-party liability and comprehensive cover. Confirm the selected bike’s insured risks, limits, excess, exclusions and policy period before renting. Extra cover may be offered at an additional charge, subject to availability; rider/passenger medical and own-bike or theft benefits are not clearly specified.

A rider helmet is supplied without extra hire charge. Confirm a second helmet, sizes and fit if carrying a passenger.

The Forza 350 SKU4498 top box is available on request. Confirm availability and whether it is included in the package price.

The renter pays for tyre damage, including accidental punctures, tears and cuts. Small punctures cost THB 200 per tyre, deducted from the deposit; other tyre replacement is quoted on return or collection.

Report accidents, damage and theft immediately to the company and appropriate authorities. Lost or damaged electronic keys cost THB 3,000–4,000 depending on model; confirm the lost-key reporting procedure.

Refunds other than the security deposit are limited to the cancellation policy; an unused-time refund for early return is not promised.

Bookings and extensions must be prepaid, and rent cannot be deducted from the security deposit. Late payment costs the higher of 10% of the booking fee or THB 50 per day; confirm whether the percentage charge repeats daily and how to arrange an extension.

Late return costs at least one additional day at the stated pro-rata daily rate. Confirm the calculation and any grace period before collection.

Staff provide operating instructions for the rented bike and can recommend Phuket routes and destinations. An English rental guide is also advertised with inspection, documentation and emergency checklists; it is not a riding course or stated free rental inclusion.

Pickup is in Pasak; delivery and collection are offered in Phuket, including hotels. Free delivery requires at least three rental days within 7 km of the Pasak office. Delivery charges are THB 300 each way for 7–13.5 km, THB 400 for 13.6–25 km and THB 500 from 25.1 km, payable on delivery. Confirm the charge at exactly 7 km, between distance bands, for shorter rentals and for collection.

Bikes leave with a full tank and must return full. A shortfall costs the fuel plus a THB 50 refuelling fee, deducted from the deposit.
