Scooters are described as new or very low mileage, with regular maintenance at a certified service shop. A never-hired scooter or a particular mileage is not promised.

Use is normally limited to Phuket Island; obtain prior written approval before leaving it. A THB 10,000 charge is stated for leaving Phuket without permission. Do not ride through seawater or flooded areas, on prohibited roads, or through Phuket underpasses or tunnels; follow signs and designated alternatives.

Off-road riding, unsuitable terrain, racing, speed trials, competitions, stunts and wheelies are prohibited. Riding or parking on any beach carries a THB 10,000 contractual penalty, plus repairs, cleaning, recovery, government fines and related expenses.

The rental company requires an international driving licence. Another rider needs prior written approval. Riding under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medication or other impairing substances is prohibited.

You are responsible for loss, theft, damage and deterioration of the bike and supplied accessories, except normal wear and tear. Chargeable costs include reasonable repairs, replacement, recovery, towing, storage, administration and loss of use. Traffic, parking, camera, applicable toll and administrative penalties remain payable even if notified after return, with reasonable processing or collection costs. Impoundment caused by a violation or invalid licence/IDP adds impound, towing, storage and recovery costs, reimbursable on demand. Breach of prohibited-use terms can end the hire immediately without refund and add resulting losses, fines, legal costs and other expenses; signing authorizes collection of applicable charges.

Cancellation does not qualify for a refund, credit or compensation for rental fees.

A complete vehicle inspection is carried out with you before departure, with photographs documenting existing dents and scratches.

The agreement treats the motorcycle as accepted in good condition except for pre-existing damage documented before hire.

Normal wear and tear is excluded from your damage responsibility. Flat, punctured or damaged tyres are your responsibility unless caused by a documented pre-rental defect. Do not ride with a flat tyre; additional resulting damage is chargeable.

Compulsory motorcycle insurance (Por Ror Bor) is included. It is described as covering injured riders, passengers and other people, including pedestrians and an at-fault injured rider, but not motorcycle damage; benefit limits are not specified. With only this government cover, the stated at-fault car-collision rule makes you liable for all damage.

A rider helmet is included. Child helmets are offered free of charge; this does not establish whether a particular child may safely or lawfully travel as a passenger. Lost-helmet charges are based on replacement cost, with THB 500–1,000 indicated and a separate THB 500 figure also published; confirm the charge for the helmet supplied.

A phone holder is included with every scooter rental.

Battery, lost-key, tyre, accident-recovery and other roadside support starts at THB 200. Extra charges depend on distance, location, circumstances and service type; roadside pickup or delivery may also be chargeable.

Do not repair, modify, dismantle or take the bike to a repair shop or service centre without prior approval. Repairs must be carried out or expressly authorized by the company.

Immediately notify the company and relevant authorities after theft, accident, fire, flood or other loss, damage or impairment; after an accident, call police immediately and contact the rental team as soon as possible. A lost, stolen or unreturnable motorcycle requires a police report. Indicative replacement values are THB 60,000–100,000 for 110–160cc and THB 180,000–200,000 for 300–350cc, depending on model, age, condition, market value and actual replacement cost. Another stated rule requires immediate normal-price reimbursement of THB 60,000–70,000 for a small scooter or THB 80,000–200,000 for a big scooter. Key replacement is indicated at THB 2,500 on an actual-cost basis, with a THB 2,500–4,500 range also stated. Confirm the applicable valuation and equipment charges before hiring.

Returning early does not release unused rental fees: no full or partial refund, credit or compensation is offered.

Request an extension by phone or WhatsApp at least one day in advance. It is valid only after approval and full payment of the additional rental fee.

Return to the original rental location at the agreed date and time unless a different arrangement is approved in writing. Late charges conflict: THB 200 per hour with an additional rental day after more than two hours, versus THB 50 per hour. Confirm which rule applies and whether the extra day replaces or adds to hourly fees; no free grace hour is promised.

Passengers and luggage must stay within the motorcycle manufacturer’s limits. Included compulsory insurance is described as covering both rider and passenger, but the second helmet is not expressly included.

Pickup is at 66/2 M.6, Shops 24–25, opposite Rawai Sea Resort, Rawai, Phuket 83130. Free scooter delivery and collection are offered in Rawai, Chalong, Kata and Karon; provide your location and preferred time.

Published hours are 09:00–18:00. Sunday opening is uncertain: both daily opening and Sunday closure are stated. Confirm any Sunday collection or return.

An early-morning return can be requested by calling one day beforehand; confirm the arrangement in advance.

Return the bike with the same fuel level as supplied; a full tank is normally supplied, so this is full-to-full. Refuelling charges conflict: THB 50 per missing bar for Scoopy, Grand Filano, Fazzio, Click 125/160, NMAX, Drone and ADV160, or THB 100 per bar for XMAX 300 and ADV350; alternatively, fixed low-fuel charges of THB 150 for Scoopy, THB 200 for Grand Filano/Fazzio and THB 300 for NMAX/Drone/PCX/Click. Fuel instructions also differ between Gasohol 95 and Benzine 91 or 95. Confirm the exact fuel and charging rule for your bike before departure.
