For big bikes, bring a motorcycle licence appropriate to the bike and an International Driving Permit if your licence is not Thai. TMAX, X-ADV 750 and Ténéré 700 are reserved for experienced riders; prior experience is also required for XMAX 300 and ADV 350.

A written contract states the model, rental length and all-inclusive price; signing takes place at handover.

The booked model is confirmed in writing. Confirm the substitution and refund terms before paying an advance.

WhatsApp booking confirms the model, daily price and delivery place and time in writing. TMAX and X-ADV high-season dates, especially January–March, can be secured with an advance deposit, with the rental balance due on delivery.

The operator provides regularly serviced, clean scooters and handles maintenance through its local team.

Routine upkeep is covered by the operator during long rentals; confirm responsibility for faults or damage outside that scope.

Two helmets, for rider and passenger, are included. Supplied helmets are described as clean and sized to the customer.

Basic bodily-injury cover up to THB 30,000 is included without a separate insurance supplement; this is not comprehensive cover. Cover is explained before booking on request. Riding without a valid motorcycle licence leaves you uncovered in an accident.

For punctures, minor falls or police checks, contact ScootZone on WhatsApp. The advertised reply target is under 20 minutes, normally 07:00–02:00 daily; confirm overnight availability. A reply target is not a roadside arrival time.

During long rentals, mechanical problems are handled through WhatsApp, with a scooter swap if the problem cannot be repaired on the spot. Confirm any replacement charges and exclusions.

Extensions and date changes can be arranged through WhatsApp; multi-month hires renew month by month without restarting paperwork. Delivery rescheduling and extensions after itinerary changes have no change fee under the normal no-prepayment process; confirm whether this also applies to prepaid reservations.

Long-term renters can request a larger model; availability and any revised rental price must be agreed.

Accommodation delivery is offered across Phuket, including airport-area hotels, but not inside the HKT terminal. General big-bike and TMAX delivery is free from seven rental days; X-ADV 750 delivery is free from three days. Shorter rentals have a delivery charge. Surin and Nai Yang have no destination surcharge, but confirm whether a short-rental delivery fee still applies. Long-term packages include delivery and collection. For Surin rentals, collection elsewhere on Phuket after a hotel change can be arranged; confirm any extra charge.

Nai Yang deliveries are described as arriving with a filled tank. Confirm the required return level and refuelling charges.
