The team helps choose a bike using your licence, road experience, height, route, dates, passenger and luggage plans. You can check the PCX160 or Click160 riding position at the office; this is not a promised road test.

The Forza350 (2025) is advertised with minimal mileage and fresh consumables, including tyres and brake pads. This is not an unused-bike guarantee; confirm and inspect the bike supplied.

Island touring is offered. Confirm permission before planning travel beyond Phuket, ferry transport, off-road riding or track use.

Renters must be at least 18 and present a passport and valid motorcycle entitlement for the full hire: a Thai motorcycle licence, or national category A licence with the corresponding IDP when required. Real road-riding experience is required, but conflicting first-time-rider offers leave eligibility for inexperienced riders unclear; confirm before booking.

Price, deposit, delivery and return arrangements are agreed in advance; delivery terms are confirmed in writing before payment. Before signing, review the vehicle, hire period, charges, recorded condition, licence details and responsibilities; basic cover terms are shown before signature.

Delivery terms are confirmed in writing before payment through the direct contact channels. Ask separately if you need a digital copy of the signed rental agreement.

Daily, weekly and 30-day reference rates are published. High season is December–March; mid season is April, May, October and November; low season is June–September. If more than half the hire falls in December–February, the minimum is 30 days. Check shorter March rentals for your exact dates.

Refundable security deposits are separate from rent. THB 3,000 applies to ADV160 ABS, Click125/160, Filano, Fino125, Giorno125, Lead125, Nmax155, PCX150/160 and Scoopy110. THB 5,000 applies to TNT300, CB150, CBR150 (2021/2024), Duke200, MT-15, Primavera150 ABS and XSR155. THB 7,000 applies to ADV350, CBR250RR, CBR500R, Forza350 (2024/2025), Rebel500, Vulcan650S, Xmax300 (2022/2024), YZF R3, Z300 and Z400. Confirm the amount for the supplied bike in the quote and contract.

Your original passport stays with you; it is not retained as security.

The deposit is refundable. At return, condition, fuel and supplied items are compared with the handover record; extra charges need a contractual basis and supporting evidence. Confirm the deposit-release timing, return method and deduction-query process before paying.

A cash security deposit is accepted and is separate from rental charges. Confirm any alternative deposit method and currency for your booking.

Prices and payments are in Thai baht; dollar figures are comparisons only. Confirm the payment method, amount and timing when booking.

Longer-duration bands and monthly packages can reduce the daily equivalent. Cross-season hires are calculated day by day, with a cheaper package applied where available. Hires over 30 days receive a manager quote.

The bike is jointly inspected and photographed before signing, and its condition is recorded in the contract. Keep handover and return photographs. Use the supplied lock and check the steering lock at handover. Confirm whether photographs are mandatory claim documents under your cover.

A vehicle-document pack is supplied. Keep it and the rental contract accessible, together with your valid motorcycle licence and corresponding IDP when required.

Two helmets are normally included. Confirm the sizes and types needed, especially a child-sized helmet, before booking.

Basic accident-medical cover is included up to THB 30,000 under the applicable policy; it is not comprehensive motor insurance. Beneficiaries, claim documents, providers and exclusions depend on that policy. Costs above the limit, evacuation and repatriation may be excluded. Bike damage or theft, third-party claims and loss of use are not automatically covered and may remain your responsibility. Fuel, traffic fines and personal travel or medical insurance are not presumed included. Additional protection or liability limits apply only when written into the quote and signed contract. Incorrect motorcycle entitlement, alcohol, prohibited use or late reporting may limit or defeat cover. Confirm whether additional riders are permitted and how they must be recorded. Payout, deposit return or a fixed contribution is not guaranteed before claim review.

Help and free replacement are normally included for breakdowns not caused by the renter. Confirm response arrangements and the replacement offered; no response time or replacement class is specified.

After an incident, contact ThaiGo immediately. Do not leave or repair the bike without agreement unless safety requires it. Record evidence and obtain the police or medical documents required by the contract or insurer.

Route guides, an interactive-map link and riding, weather and parking preparation guidance are available. Route suggestions do not themselves authorize off-island, ferry, off-road or track use.

Collect from 161/9 Patak Road, Karon, Phuket 83100; there is no separate Kata office. Hotel and villa delivery is offered across Phuket, with availability and cost depending on address and time. Agree delivery and return arrangements in advance; delivery terms are confirmed in writing before payment. A one-hour business-hours delivery offer needs booking-specific confirmation, including when the hour starts; it is not an unconditional island-wide guarantee.

Office and message-response hours are 09:00–21:00 daily.

Staff explain the selected bike’s controls but do not teach first-time riders on public roads. Contact support before riding if something is wrong, or if a fault develops. If the bike is clamped, moved or damaged while parked, send your location, photos and rental details; do not remove a clamp yourself. Follow the relevant notice or authority. Support is not a promise of free recovery, fine payment or legal representation.
