New and low-mileage options0.00 / 5
Permitted travel area2.50 / 5
Monthly rentals allow riding throughout Phuket without a mileage cap. The same allowance is offered through the Patong service from Karon, including short rentals. Water crossings deeper than 30 cm are prohibited; water damage remains the renter’s responsibility.

Booking and paperwork11 possible points
ID-copy handling2.50 / 5
A passport copy is made for the rental agreement. For delivery, send a photo of the first passport page.
Rider eligibility2.50 / 5
Renters must be at least 18 and have riding experience; first-time riders are not accepted. Bring a valid passport with a Thai visa or entry stamp. Licence requirements conflict: motorcycle-valid IDP A/A1 or a motorcycle licence with official translation is required in some terms, while other terms allow passport-and-deposit rental. Confirm the handover documents before booking; this does not waive riding or insurance requirements.
Terms before commitment5.00 / 5
The minimum hire is 24 hours. You accept financial responsibility for the bike, helmets and accessories, excluding manufacturer defects and normal wear not caused by you or third parties.
Cancellation and no-shows0.00 / 5

Paperwork after choosing a bike normally takes about ten minutes.
Prices and deposits15 possible points
Taxes and added charges0.00 / 5
Published rental rates5.00 / 5
Daily, weekly and monthly tariffs are public; one month means 30 days. Kata and Karon use the same rental rates. Confirm the rate-setting date: signing-date and rental-start-date terms differ. For two- and three-month rentals, confirm the total: whole-period and per-month billing descriptions conflict.
Deposit amount0.00 / 5
Published deposits are THB 3,000 up to 160cc and THB 7,000 for 350cc models. General terms differ on the upper limit—THB 7,000 or THB 10,000—so confirm your exact deposit before committing.
Keeping your passport5.00 / 5
You keep your original passport throughout the rental.
Deposit release and deductions2.50 / 5
The deposit is returned immediately after inspection and acceptance of the bike in proper condition, in cash at the office or by transfer.
Deposit payment and currency2.50 / 5
The security deposit is cash; an equivalent amount in a foreign currency is accepted at the current exchange rate.
Rental payment methods3.75 / 5
Pay rental charges in THB cash at the office or on delivery, by bank transfer, or by credit/debit card at the office with a 7% service fee. Payment is normally upfront; two- and three-month contracts allow monthly installments at the long-term rate.
Longer-rental savings5.00 / 5
Weekly and monthly rentals have lower daily-equivalent rates. A contracted monthly rate does not rise when high season begins.

Checks before collection5.00 / 5
Every bike is technically checked before handover and supplied in working condition. Staff can help adjust mirrors, brakes and controls.
Collection and return records2.50 / 5
Photograph or film the bike at handover and keep the record until return. You are also advised to document its condition before signing; staff record a handover video.

Cover and problem-solving16 possible points
Medical cover0.00 / 5
Included accident-related medical treatment for the renter is limited to THB 50,000. Bike damage, repairs and theft are not covered and must be paid by the renter.
Roadside help and recovery5.00 / 5
Roadside help and paid motorcycle recovery can be arranged 24/7 across Phuket. Towing charges depend on distance; dispatch numbers are 094-197-7794 for Thai and 094-797-8983 for Russian or English.
Fault-related replacement5.00 / 5
Replacement for a technical fault is free: contact the office immediately. Transport may still be charged. Accident-related replacement needs damage assessment, repair payment and office approval; a puncture-related swap starts from THB 500 depending on distance and circumstances.

Help after a collision0.00 / 5
After a collision, notify the company immediately, contact the police and an ambulance if anyone is injured, and remain at the scene. Traffic fines are the renter’s responsibility.
Complaint escalation0.00 / 5
Changes and returns5 possible points
Early-return refunds1.43 / 5
Voluntary early return brings no refund for unused time and no repricing. This rule does not apply when the company causes the early end or cannot repair a technical fault or provide a working replacement.
Remote extensions5.00 / 5
Extend remotely by messaging before the return date and transferring payment to the company’s Thai bank account. Moving into a longer weekly or monthly tier lowers the rate rather than raising it.
Motorcycle changes2.50 / 5
An upgrade costs the current tariff difference plus THB 100 cleaning. A voluntary move to a cheaper bike gives no refund or credit. The Kata extension offer waives the swap charge when changing models on extension, not the price difference for a more expensive model.
Return-time allowance0.00 / 5
Plan return within office hours. Message before the return date if you expect a delay; the company says it reports overdue bikes to police when the renter cannot be contacted.

Local pickup options5.00 / 5
Pickup: Karon/Kata at 306/3 Patak Road; Bangtao at 126 Srisoonthorn Road, Choeng Thale. Cross-area returns between these offices are offered. Delivery and accommodation collection serve Phuket. For 5+ days, free delivery is offered from Karon to Karon, Kata, Kata Noi, Chalong, Nai Harn, Phuket Town and Kathu; from Bangtao to Bangtao, Laguna, Cherng Talay, Kamala, Surin, Nai Yang and Mai Khao. Sakhu is also served. Shorter-rental delivery is distance-priced, but some terms impose a five-day minimum or say delivery is excluded: confirm the address and both delivery/collection charges. Patong delivery from Karon is offered from five days at a confirmed address-based fee; Rawai terms and fees are quoted individually. For gated Laguna properties, give the project and villa number. Airport handover is by prior arrangement at an agreed meeting point, not an airport office; send flight details and confirm its separate fee.
Regular opening hours5.00 / 5
Karon/Kata is open daily 08:00–20:00; Bangtao daily 08:00–18:00, both without a lunch break. Agree Bangtao-area delivery and collection times in advance; evening arrivals in the northern service area should arrange delivery the day before.
